Life Store is an exciting and unique concept in providing advice about many aspects of health in a contemporary and friendly environment. You can access information in a range of settings, on touch screens, plasma screens, through being involved in events or demonstrations, as well as in small groups or one to one sessions.
We have different demonstrations running everyday, from learning how to make a healthy juice to baking your own wholemeal bread.
We also have various clinics run from the Life Store, just click on the Services tab to view all that we provide in store.
Life Store is a service that signposts you to any of the services within the NHS, as well as the voluntary sector and Middlesbrough Council. Our job is to signpost you to the relevant services that you require, so please don’t hesitate to ask about any queries or questions you may have. We are here to help. We also have a wide range of leaflets available in the store for you to take away and read at your leisure.
Since the store opened in 2006 we have helped many clients to stop smoking, lose weight and achieve a healthier standard of living. By recommending the suitable service to the client we have helped the people of Middlesbrough realise their personal goals and maintain a healthier way of life, by just making small changes in their daily routine. These small changes have helped individuals to make a big change in their life.
