Ingredients
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- Low fat creamed cheese
- 1 Onion
- Pepper
- Celery (Optional)
- Chives (optional)
- Parsley (for Garnish)
Method
- Cut the top from off the cherry tomatoes and remove the pulp from inside with a small spoon.
- Cut the onion in to small pieces and mix in with the low-fat creamed cheese.
- Add pepper and herbs as required and spoon the result into the empty cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the celery into small thin sticks and place as desired into the tomato.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
