Mental Health comes in many forms, from everyday stress to bereavement. Sometimes a good source of help is to talk to family or close friends, but there are also other ways you may get help. Your family doctor is probably the best person to discuss your difficulties with in the first instance. This is particularly important if your problem is not going away or is getting worse. Alternatively the Life Store can signpost you to the many supporting services that we have in our region. These services are here to support and give guidance if you are a sufferer from mental health issues or you are a carer for somebody. Mind's purpose is to increase understanding of mental health and wellbeing and to provide information and support to anyone affected by mental distress.
At the Life Store there is a range of leaflets and information about mental health, please call in to find out more.
